¿Estás pensando contratar a algún trabajador en tu empresa? Hoy te hablamos de los contratos de formación, cuándo pueden utilizarse, las bonificaciones que presentan y todo lo que esta modalidad conlleva.
Uno de los beneficios de este tipo de contrato es que puede suponer un ahorro de más del 50% en los seguros sociales con respecto a otras modalidades de contrato, por eso, los Contratos de Formación resultan tan interesantes. Además, se trata de un tipo de contrato que también pueden usar los autónomos para contratar para la formación de sus hijos menores de 30 años o bien, para contratar a un familiar que no esté a su cargo y seguir bonificándose el 100% de las cuotas de la Seguridad Social.

Bonificado 100% en la Seguridad Social
Con este contrato tendrás bonificado el 100% de las cuotas de la Seguridad Social, si el trabajador está desempleado e inscrito. Del mismo modo, la formación que reciba estará también bonificada al 100%.
Tutorización bonificada
La tutorización obligatoria en la empresa puede bonificarse de manera adicional con hasta 80 euros mensuales, según el número de horas y el tamaño de la plantilla.
Requisitos y principales características
- Para trabajadores jóvenes con más de 16 años y menos de 30.
- La duración del contrato deberá ser de uno a tres años. La duración mínima deberá ser de un año, aunque algunos convenios colectivos la fijan en seis meses. Mientras que la duración máxima es de tres años, existiendo la posibilidad de concertar hasta 2 prórrogas.
- El periodo de prueba oscila entre los dos y los seis meses, según la titulación y el número de trabajadores con los que cuente la empresa.
- Jornada completa y flexible. El 75% de la jornada se tendrá que dedicar al trabajo efectivo, y el 25% a la formación durante el primer año de contrato. En el segundo y tercer año de contrato, la distribución del tiempo quedaría en el 85% para el trabajo efectivo y el 15% para la formación.
- El horario del tiempo de formación se puede establecer libremente, y puede distribuirse en los momentos de menor carga de trabajo según las necesidades productivas de la empresa.
- Se trata de formación oficial. La formación que recibe el trabajador posee el Certificado de Profesionalidad, modalidad formativa con un nivel académico similar a FP, y está reconocida por el SEPE y las Comunidades Autónomas, teniendo validez a nivel europeo.
- El trabajador tendrá derecho a prestación por desempleo. El trabajador percibirá la prestación por desempleo y tendrá una cobertura total de la Seguridad Social.
- La empresa podrá tener tantos contratos de formación como necesite ya que no existe límite.
- Un trabajador podrá volver a ser contratado en formación siempre que sea para una actividad laboral distinta.
- Es necesario realizar una solicitud previa con un mes de antelación a la fecha prevista para el inicio de la contratación. Es necesaria la autorización de inicio de la actividad formativa al Servicio Público de Empleo competente.
Nuevas ayudas previstas para los Contratos de Formación
Según las últimas publicaciones que se han realizado por parte del Estado, la realización de Contratos de Formación tendrá a partir del próximo mes de septiembre nuevas ayudas e incentivos como los siguientes:
- Ayuda para el trabajador de 430€ mensuales durante 18 meses como máximo, siempre que se encuentre inscrito en el Sistema Nacional de Garantía Juvenil.
- Ayuda para la transformación de un contrato formativo a indefinido. Actualmente existe una reducción de las cuotas de la Seguridad Social por transformación de contrato formativo a indefinido. Esta reducción es de 1.800 euros al año en el caso de mujeres y de 1.600 euros al año para hombres. Con la nueva ayuda estas reducciones se incrementan en 3.000 euros al año, quedando en una reducción de 4.800 euros en el caso de mujeres y de 4.500 euros en hombres.
