En cualquier caso, crear una tienda online para vender tus productos o servicios tiene una serie de ventajas que merecen ser destacadas.

Beneficios de un negocio online

  1. Menor inversión inicial. Los costes para iniciar un e-commerce son menores que los costes habituales para constituir una empresa de forma tradicional con un local o establecimiento abierto al público.
  2. Ser tu propio jefe.
  3. Se elimina la barrera de los horarios comerciales. Tu tienda estará abierta las 24 horas del día y los 365 días del año.
  4. Mayor ámbito geográfico. Te permite vender tus productos o servicios más allá de tu ámbito local.
  5. Puede tratarse de un negocio complementario a tu principal actividad profesional.

Aunque son numerosos los beneficios que aporta al emprendedor el apostar por la creación de un modelo de negocio online, también entraña una serie de obligaciones, como por ejemplo el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales en materia de comercio electrónico. De este modo, una tienda online, además de cumplir con la normativa en materia de Protección de Datos (textos legales para la web de Aviso Legal, Política de Privacidad y Aviso de Uso de Cookies), será necesario que también incluya los textos relativos a la Ley de Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (Condiciones generales de contratación).
